thanks for the great hardwork, i can use svm from orange now:)
there is a line in the sample of http://www.ailab.si/orange/doc/referenc ... chines.htm

>>> l.svm_type=SVMLearner.NU_SVC

i think it should be >>> l.svm_type=orange.SVMLearner.NU_SVC

:wink:

You're right. Thanks.

The orngTree can't give a class to data?

Postby Guest » Sun Mar 12, 2006 4:28

I run the example from the page http://www.ailab.si/orange/doc/ofb/c_performance.htm
use the script accuracy2.py (uses voting.tab)
but when i run it , it exits with a TypeError.
I add a line"print i,classifiers[i].name, classifiers[i](ex),ex.getclass()" before
"if classifiers[i](ex) == ex.getclass():"
and the output is
0 bayes republican republican
1 tree #RNGE republican

why orngTree label the data with #RNGE?

thanks in advance
