"undefined symbol" error on importing

Postby hyeshik » Sun Jun 24, 2007 17:54

I have compiled orange on FreeBSD 6. There was no error on compiling but couldn't import from python.

Code: Select all
Python 2.4.4 (#2, Jun 23 2007, 09:09:08)
[GCC 3.4.6 [FreeBSD] 20060305] on freebsd6
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import orange
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
ImportError: ./orange.so: Undefined symbol "_ZTI13TOrangeVectorI5GCPtrI16TAssociationRuleELb1EE"
% c++filt _ZTI13TOrangeVectorI5GCPtrI16TAssociationRuleELb1EE
typeinfo for TOrangeVector<GCPtr<TAssociationRule>, true>

Any idea to solve the problem?

Which version did you try? Please try the snapshot and if it doesn't work, I'll forward this to our unix guys...

I have tried snapshot and CVS head, but both failed.
Thank you for caring this.
