PCA graph: Principal Axes other than 1 and 2?, etc.

Postby BarryFordham » Thu Feb 23, 2012 3:07

Hi. The PCA graph displays without indicating which Principal Axes are used: presumably these are Axes 1 and 2. I wish to know which is X and which Y; and how further axes (3, 4...) can be displayed. On the other hand, the Correspondence Analysis widget does have this facility. Is there a more detailed description of the options and features of these widgets, especially PCA? Cheers, Barry Fordham.

I don't think this is currently possible to do.

Thanks for your timely response, Ales. I assume Random Touring uses Principal Axes other than 1 and 2, but even at Speed=1 the new perspectives display too quickly to be considered: is it possible to use Random Touring but stop it at various stages? Cheers, Barry
