Getting conditional probabilities from Naive Bayes

Postby Ivana » Tue Oct 02, 2012 16:11

Is there any way to get the conditional probabilities (or the log odds) from a trained Naive Bayes classifier?
The same question was asked on this forum in 2005 and then the answer was to use a script:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=37&p=98&hilit=naive+bayes#p98

Or to get the values from the nomogram, by dragging the indicator to each value of each attribute and noting the log-odds.
Given that the conditional probabilities are available through the NaiveLearner API, would it be hard to write a widget that lists them (for someone who just started with OC)?

This would no be to hard. But maybe a simple data table with the log odds as an additional output of the Naive Bayes widget would be sufficient.
