Bug on Orange x64

Postby liaokei » Wed Oct 17, 2012 4:27

Hi,
I am trying Orange-2.5.0rc1.win-amd64-py2.7.‌exe on http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/.
When connecting data to Select Attributes Widget, an exception shows:

Unhandled exception of type TypeError occured at 11:23:03:
Traceback:
File: OWBaseWidget.py, line 679 in processSignals
Code: handler(value)
File: OWDataDomain.py, line 478 in set_data
Code: self.used_attrs[:] = attributes
File: OWItemModels.py, line 228 in __setslice__
Code: self.__delslice__(i, j)
File: OWItemModels.py, line 218 in __delslice__
Code: self.beginRemoveRows(QModelIndex(), i, j - 1)
TypeError: QAbstractListModel.beginRemoveRows(QModelIndex, int, int): argument 3 has unexpected type 'long'

How can I fix this? I really want to use the x64 version.

Replace the 'C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\Orange\OrangeWidgets\OWItemModels.py' file with http://orange.biolab.si/trac/browser/orange/Orange/OrangeWidgets/OWItemModels.py?format=txt.
I think this should fix the error.
