Displaying similarity rather than height in cluster analysis

Postby smmudge » Fri Jan 18, 2013 17:03

Hi all,

1. I am very impressed with Orange. Well done to all you developers out there.

2. I have a specific need to draw a cluster analysis dendrogram with SIMILARITY as the axis rather than the HEIGHT normally displayed.

Is this possible?

If so, is it possible to define the scale (max, min, tick intervals)?

Many thanks

Steve

A follow-up question too...

When you save the dendrogram, it does not include the axis - should it?

No, this is currently not possible.

Yes it should. I have opened a ticket for this (http://orange.biolab.si/trac/ticket/1267)
