LogReg Kernel Exceptions

Postby lefterav » Mon May 27, 2013 17:31

Hi, while running LogReg with a big attribute set, I got this error:

Code: Select all
File "suite.py", line 243, in iterate
    trained_classifier = mylearner(trainset)
  File "/disk/software/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Orange/utils/__init__.py", line 199, in wrap_call
    return func(*args, **kwargs)
  File "/disk/software/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Orange/utils/__init__.py", line 199, in wrap_call
    return func(*args, **kwargs)
  File "/disk/software/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Orange/classification/logreg.py", line 156, in __call__
    lr = learner(data, weight)
KernelException: 'orange.ContDistribution': cannot compute average ('tgt-2_lt_IN_THE_MOMENT' has no defined values)

Surprisingly enough this works with other classifiers.
I thought I had cleaned my date, but it seems that this slipped my attention.
Is there a quick data processing command I can remove this, before training the classifier?

Code: Select all
KernelException: 'orange.LogRegLearner': singularity in src_style_Satz_zu_lang__49_Wörter_chars

is another problem

I don't think there is such a functionality currently implemented in orange.

Use 'remove_singular=True` parameter in LogRegLearner constructor.
