Can you please try running
Code: Select all
C:\Python27\python.exe -m Orange.OrangeCanvas.main

This is a problem with PyQt4 that is included in the orange installer. QtNetwork links to a bunch of dll's that are installed in C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4\bin, but if there are different incompatible ones already installed (for instance in C:\Windows\system32) it raises this error.

Try copying all *.dll files in 'C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4\bin' one directory higher to 'C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4' (where QtNetwork.pyd file is located)

I think the the directory structure was actually fixed in more recent PyQt4 version, so it would be best if we updated the included installers.
