Hierarchical Clustering Error

Postby nequicen » Thu Jan 09, 2014 17:27

I am trying to cluster a csv file with more than 11K lines (84 features), but the program shows an error even with 500 lines, the error is: KernelException: gcf: a too large, ITMAX too small.

Actually I can just process a file with 250 lines.

Please let me know how can I modify the parameter in order to process the file.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Nelson Quiceno

If I choose less features (56) the error does not occur, however I need to process at least 76 features.

Thank you for your help.

Can you please provide the full error traceback.

I am guessing the error is actually related to the distance matrix calculation.
Are you doing row or column wise clustering (using 'Example Distance' or 'Attribute Distance' widget)?
Which distance measure are you using?
