How to set string attribute to data file?

Postby senthilkumaranms » Mon Apr 21, 2014 5:07

I want to convert raw text into a bag-of-words. I have a text file which I could not open using text file widget. so as suggested in following link viewtopic ... ount#p5737, I used regular file widget from data palette. but when I connect its output to preprocessor widget from text minning palette, I am getting an error saying that string attribute is not found.

Can you please tell me how to set the string attribute to the file?

See the tab format documentation and the bookexcerpts.tab example. In particular note that string attributes are marked with an 'string' (or just 's' for short) in the second row of the tab file. For instance:
Code: Select all
attibute_name
string

This is a text value in row 1
This is a text value in row 2
