Could not create 'File'

I can't duplicate this error. It seems to occur when the widget tries to open the last loaded file. Do you by any chance remember which file you were opening the last time?

Try deleting the stored widget settings directory: "/Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/orange/widgetSettingsQt4"
