How to construct Interaction graph? (Help, urgent!)

Postby pacifly » Wed Jan 03, 2007 4:00

Hi, happy new year, everyone! I am a new user to this software, and I am having trouble with the Interaction Graph widget of Orange Canvas.
I am trying to use this widget to construct an interaction graph based on entropy measures of Interaction/Information Gain, but I could not constrcut the desired graph identical to what is present on the icon of the Interaction Graph widget, though it seems I could get numeric values of Class Entropy Removed from two-way interaction on the left canvas (and the right canvas is blank). Do I need to use other tools or scripts such as Python besides the already available Widgets?
I have downloaded the other widgets provided by Aleks Jakulin from, but I am not sure how to use it (if I should use it) to construct the Interaction Graph and Interaction Dendrogram. Please help me, thank you very much!

To see the right graph you need to install graphviz software that can be found at
