Bug in orngStat.confusionMatrices(results)

Postby aonlazio » Mon Apr 27, 2009 6:11

Hi,
I'd like to report a bug on orngStat module.
When I tried to test crossValidation using data with weight

L = orngSVM.SVMLearner(svm_type=orange.SVMLearner.C_SVC,kernel_type = orange.SVMLearner.RBF)
results = orngTest.crossValidation([L],(data,"w"),3)
cm = orngStat.confusionMatrices(results)

I got error like this below

File "C:\test.py", line 177, in cc
cm = orngStat.confusionMatrices(results)
File "C:\Python25\lib\site-packages\orange\orngStat.py", line 579, in confusionMatrices
trueClass = int(tex.actualClass)
AttributeError: 'tuple' object has no attribute 'actualClass'

But when I used crossValidation of data without weight, there was no error.
Thank you very much.
