Description (last modified by 011q) (diff)

On my PC (Gentoo X64, AMD Phenom X4), I have strange problem with each import of orangeom.so. Terminal prints information about undefined symbols, like:

orangeom.so: undefined symbol: _ZN7TOrange8afterSetEPKc

After some of these messages, Orange can't lauch:

  File "/home/neko/.local/bin/orange-canvas", line 4, in <module>
    import Orange
  File "/home/neko/.local/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/Orange/__init__.py", line 123, in <module>
  File "/home/neko/.local/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/Orange/__init__.py", line 30, in _import
    __import__(name, globals(), locals(), [], -1)
  File "/home/neko/.local/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/Orange/ensemble/stacking.py", line 3, in <module>
    class StackedClassificationLearner(Orange.classification.Learner):
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'classification'

Building process shows me no errors.

I'm tried to search these symbols with command

grep -lir "SetEPKc" ./*

I'm found many *.o files from "/source/orange" directory. But I can't see the link between these symbols and source.

P.S.: there is my old message on the forum:  http://orange.biolab.si/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1617.
