Zamaknjen bitmap v Linear Projection

Description

Bitmap, ki ga dobis s "Show Probabilities" je prevelik - potegnjen iz sredisca. Predpostavljam, da je to povezano s spremembo, ki jo je Gregor naredil, ko je v podatke, ki jih uporabljajo vizualizacijski widgeti, dodajal cache, namrec s spremembo unscaled_x_positions (ki jih zdaj, izgleda, ni vec) v scaled_x_positions, se pravi:

self.potentialsClassifier = orange.P2NN(domain, numpy.transpose(numpy.array([self.unscaled_x_positions, self.unscaled_y_positions, [float(ex.getclass()) for ex in self.rawData]])), self.anchorData, offsets, normalizers, averages, self.normalizeExamples, law=1)

Ne, tezava ni bila v tem, kar si opisal, ampak v funkciji computePotentials. potentialsBitmap funkcija namrec sprejeme neke parametre, med katerimi je nek scaling factor. prej je bil 1, moral pa bi biti self.trueScaleFactor/2. Nimam pa pojma zakaj...

nova koda je torej:

imagebmp, nShades = orangeom.potentialsBitmap(self.potentialsClassifier, rx, ry, ox, oy, self.squareGranularity, self.trueScaleFactor/2, self.spaceBetweenCells) # the last argument is self.trueScaleFactor (in LinProjGraph...)
