ExampleDistance widget crashes when there are too many examples

Description

Input was 50.000 examples in example table. Canvas closes, error report:

Qt has caught an exception thrown from an event handler. Throwing exceptions from an event handler is not supported in Qt. You must reimplement QApplication::notify() and catch all exceptions there.

Miha, lahko napises na katerem data setu si delal (kaksen od teh iz dokumentacije) in dodas izpis napake (ce je crash, je to sicer stvar Orange-a, si poskusil, ali tam stvar dela)?

This one seems straightforward: bad_alloc means that 'malloc' could not allocated the amount of RAM requested. To calculate pairwise distances between 50k instances, 50k2 floats (doubles?) have to be allocated, which means 50k*50k*8 bytes, that's 18 GB. Even if you had that much RAM in your machine, 3 years ago you were probably working on a 32-bit system, which has a limit of 2 GB per process.

I think you can close this ticket, but I'll leave it up to you.
