CN2 rule viewer

CN2 rule viewer is printing out rule quality to the maximal precision. Only 2 decimals would be ok.
I have used the widget with breast-cancer.tab data. In rules, all attribute values are printed in brackets and use apostrophes. Brackets were probably intended for printing rules that contain more values for a single attribute. When there is a single value, brackets should be removed. Also, no need for the "'".
So, the rule IF deg-malig=1? AND breast-quad='central' ... should actually read IF deg-malig=1 AND breast-quad=central.
Also, if possible leave some tiny space before and after the rule (add space on top and bottom of each row), to get rid of the very crowded printout (at least on Mac).
